Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quingy AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quingy AI.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Quingy AI is an AI-powered tool discovery and recommendation platform. You describe a task or workflow in natural language, and we surface the most relevant AI tools from our catalog, ranked and explained. The Service also offers features including saved searches, workflow builders, tool stacks, and AI-generated project guides.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
Notify us immediately at support@quingy.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans

Quingy AI offers the following plans:

Free: 5 searches per day, up to 3 tool results per search. No credit card required.
Pro Monthly: $12.00/month — unlimited searches, full results, all Pro features.
Pro Annual: $115.20/year — same as Pro Monthly, billed annually (equivalent to $9.60/month, saving 20%).
Lifetime: $350.00 one-time payment — perpetual Pro access with all current and future Pro features.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as described in our money-back guarantee below.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Pro features until resolved.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to your first payment only and does not apply to renewal charges or the Lifetime plan after the 30-day window.

To request a refund, email support@quingy.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Quingy AI by automated means without written permission.
Access the Service through automated scripts, bots, or programs other than standard browser usage.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute recommendations, tool data, or any content from the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Submit false, misleading, or harmful search queries intended to degrade the recommendation system.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Quingy AI owns the platform, codebase, UI, branding, recommendation algorithms, and all content we produce, including AI-generated summaries and workflow templates. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You own your saved searches, custom stacks, notes, and any content you create within the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Tool recommendations, workflow suggestions, and project guides are generated by an AI system (powered by Anthropic's Claude). They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

We make no guarantee that any recommended tool will meet your specific requirements, be available, remain at the advertised price, or produce the expected results. You are responsible for independently evaluating any tool before adopting it in your workflow or making purchasing decisions.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links to third-party tools on Quingy AI may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations — tools are ranked based on relevance to your query, not affiliate status.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUINGY AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (“Mexico”), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, Mexico.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring a claim before the courts in the country where you reside.
